Running for the La Mesa-Spring Valley School District (Area 1), Caitlin is bringing her authentic passion for education, as well as her compassion for all students, teaching staff, and families. Caitlin’s platform is a reflection of the practices she incorporates daily in her classroom teaching: promoting equity and inclusion, adopting truly effective teaching methodologies, advocating for fellow teachers and school employees, and caring for all students—regardless of their race, nationality, income, or housing situation. While Caitlin is no trained and polished politician, she is authentically invested in the educational community, and will bring integrity to the position.
