It’s been long fight and we’re still going, but we’re taking time out to celebrate our work!

ACCE Los Angeles leaders organized to pass a just cause eviction protection ordinance, won limitations on evictions for failure to pay rent, and organized for and won relocation assistance for tenants displaced for no fault of their own. The major policy victories will help thousands of Angelenos stay in their homes. Now, we are moving to build power to win social housing and win additional tenant protections in Los Angeles and California.

Our work is just beginning!

We’re inviting you to be with us as we celebrate our victories in LA and honor the ACCE fighters who got us there! We know that strategic partnerships are critical to ensure progress in Los Angeles’s future. With our partners, we will set the stage for a Los Angeles that is both tenant-friendly and affordable for workers in low-wage industries. We look forward to continuing to work with you in these endeavors on a local and state level.
