And the choice for the best person to represent this district, where so many ACCE-LA members live, is clear. Lola Smallwood Cuevas is the candidate favored by community groups, labor unions, and progressives. The co-founder of the LA Black Worker Center, Lola is clearly aligned with, and a staunch advocate for, the labor movement in Los Angeles and across the state. Importantly, Lola has worked with and been an ally to ACCE Action when together we waged our Fix-LA campaign. With roots in community, as well as a track record of fighting for the community, Lola can be counted on to work hard for working families.
